1. Who we are

ArcDial Studio (ArcDial) operates this independent store for digital Garmin Connect IQ watch face licenses. Contact us about privacy, orders or support at 1345976294@qq.com. We are not Garmin.

2. Information we process

• Orders: checkout email, order ID, selected product, amount, currency, payment status, transaction references and timestamps. We use these to process your order, verify payment, issue activation codes and provide support.
• Activation: the license service receives an application-specific hashed device identifier and trial usage, and keeps the device code, license status, activation code and synchronization records. These support single-device activation and recovery. The activation service does not receive heart rate, steps, location, your Garmin password or the raw device identifier.
• Technical data: hosting, payment and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser request information and access logs for delivery, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
• Support: information you choose to send by email, such as your order ID and a description of an issue. Do not send passwords, full card details or health data.

3. Payments and service providers

Non-Chinese/USD checkout uses Creem when available; Chinese/CNY checkout uses Epay/AXPay. Payment providers process the information necessary for payment, receipts, fraud prevention and applicable tax handling. Our site does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. See Creem's Privacy Policy when using Creem.

We use hosting and Cloudflare to serve and protect the site. Google Fonts may receive a browser request when fonts load. Garmin operates the external Connect IQ listings and its own apps under its own policies. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not sell order or activation data or use it for advertising profiles.

4. Browser storage

We use the browser's language preference to select the initial language and currency. You can switch them on the page. Session storage remembers the last order ID and checkout email in your browser tab to resume an order after payment; clearing it does not delete your order. Cart contents, search and filters are temporarily stored in this tab when you switch languages. The owner administration area uses a login cookie. We do not add advertising cookies to the storefront; infrastructure and payment providers may use their own necessary storage.

First-party audience measurement uses a random browser ID in local storage and records PRISM page visits, language and timestamps. Checkout may include this ID to measure conversion. These statistics also record source IP addresses for audience analysis and security, with approximate network location resolved using a local offline database and shown only to administrators. They do not store card details or health data. Clearing browser storage creates a new ID; it does not remove server-side records. Automated or blocked requests can make counts incomplete.

5. Retention, protection and requests

We retain records as needed to deliver and support your license, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access to payment credentials and order administration is restricted; HTTPS protects information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Email 1345976294@qq.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise an objection where applicable. Include your order reference, not sensitive payment data. We may verify that the order belongs to you. Some records may need to be retained for transactions or legal obligations; deleting activation records may prevent license recovery. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.

第三方与浏览器存储

中文人民币订单使用易支付／AXPay；非中文美元订单在开放后使用 Creem。支付机构按自身政策处理付款、收据、风控及税务所需资料；本站不收集或保存完整银行卡号和安全码。托管商和 Cloudflare 提供访问与安全服务；加载 Google Fonts 时会向其发送字体请求。Connect IQ 及 Garmin 应用由 Garmin 独立运营。服务商可能在其他国家处理数据。我们不出售订单与授权信息，也不用于广告画像。

浏览器语言用于推荐网页语言；来源 IP 的本地地理库结果、浏览器语言和时区用于推测国家并推荐支付通道。国家判断可能不准确，语言和支付方式均可独立手动切换，选择会保存在偏好 Cookie 中。浏览器标签页的 sessionStorage 暂存最近订单号和下单邮箱，以恢复支付结果；清理它不会删除订单。切换语言时，购物车、搜索和筛选状态也会在本标签页内临时保存。店主管理区使用登录 Cookie。商店未主动加入广告 Cookie，基础设施和支付方可能使用必要存储。

本站使用 localStorage 中的随机浏览器编号统计 PRISM 页面访问、语言与时间，并可将该编号关联订单以统计转化。此统计也记录来源 IP、浏览器语言、时区和国家推测依据，用于访问分析与安全；通过服务器本地离线库查询网络出口的大致地理位置，仅供管理员查看，不记录银行卡或健康数据。清理浏览器存储会生成新编号，不会删除服务端记录；自动化请求或请求被阻止可能影响统计完整性。

保存、安全与权利

记录在履行交付、授权售后、对账、争议处理和适用留存义务所需期间保存。管理入口和支付凭据限制访问，传输使用 HTTPS，但网络系统不存在绝对安全保证。你可通过上述邮箱申请查询、更正、删除或依法提出异议；请提供订单号以便核验，不要发送敏感支付资料。部分交易或法定义务所需记录可能不能立即删除；删除授权记录可能影响授权恢复。政策更新会在此公示生效日期。

激活码邮件 / Activation-code email

新订单确认付款并生成激活码后，我们通过腾讯云邮件推送向下单邮箱发送订单号、表盘名称和激活码，作为网页取码的备份。未提供邮箱的订单无法发信。 After payment is confirmed and codes are generated, Tencent Cloud email delivers the order reference, watch-face names and activation codes to the checkout email as a backup to website delivery. Orders without an email address cannot receive this message.

网站客服 / Website support

客服会保存本浏览器会话及你主动提交的消息、邮箱、设备信息和订单参考。每个客服会话的前两条客户消息会通过腾讯云邮件推送通知商店管理员。客服使用 DeepSeek 回答简单问题；仅将本地识别出的简单问题类型发给模型，不发送原始留言、联系邮箱、设备信息、查单密码或激活码。请勿在留言中发送支付卡资料、密码或其他敏感信息。你可随时请求人工；人工接管后 AI 停止回复。退款由人工决定。

Support stores this browser’s conversation and the messages, contact email, device details and order reference you choose to provide. The first two customer messages per conversation trigger owner notifications through Tencent Cloud email. DeepSeek answers simple questions using locally identified FAQ topics only; original messages, contact details, device information, lookup PINs and activation codes are not sent to the model. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information. You may request human support at any time. AI replies stop after human takeover. Refunds are reviewed by a person.

账号与表盘评论 / Accounts and face comments

表盘页和工具页的评论区（评论、建议、Bug 与晒表）可以游客身份发言，也可以用邮箱验证码注册登录。登录时我们通过腾讯云邮件推送向你填写的邮箱发送一次性验证码；验证码仅以加密摘要保存，10 分钟后失效。会员资料包括邮箱、昵称、注册与登录时间；我们会用邮箱比对已付款订单，以显示 Pro 用户徽章。登录状态保存在 HttpOnly Cookie（fun_session，30 天）中；游客会获得一个随机编号的 HttpOnly Cookie（fun_guest，1 年），用于识别自己的发言、防刷与封禁，不包含个人信息。游客昵称只保存在你的浏览器 localStorage 中。

你发布的评论和回复（内容、类型、相关表盘与手表型号、昵称、时间、点赞与举报）会公开显示，请不要在其中填写手机号、邮箱、订单号、激活码或其他个人信息。为防止滥用，评论区不保存你的原始 IP，只保存不可逆的加密摘要（IPv6 按 /64 网段），用于频率限制、举报去重和封禁；托管与安全服务的访问日志按上文“技术数据”处理。发布前浏览器会完成一次本地计算验证，不使用第三方验证码服务。评论采用先发后审：命中敏感词、游客发链接或联系方式、或被多人举报的内容会先隐藏待审；管理员可以查看、隐藏、删除内容并封禁账号或网络。

登录后可在“我的”页面修改昵称或注销账号。注销会删除邮箱、昵称、登录会话和验证码记录；已发布的内容会保留，但作者显示为“已注销用户”。如需删除具体内容，可自行删除，或发邮件至上述邮箱。

The comment sections on face and tool pages (comments, suggestions, bug reports and watch photos) accept guest comments and email sign-in, which also registers new accounts. To sign in, Tencent Cloud email sends a one-time code to the address you enter; codes are stored only as keyed hashes and expire after 10 minutes. Member records hold your email, nickname and sign-in times, and your email is matched against paid orders to show a Pro badge. Sign-in uses an HttpOnly cookie (fun_session, 30 days). Guests receive an HttpOnly cookie holding a random ID (fun_guest, 1 year) used to recognize their own posts and to apply rate limits and bans; it contains no personal information. A guest nickname is kept only in your browser’s localStorage.

Comments and replies are public, including their text, type, related watch face and device model, nickname, time, votes and reports. Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, order references, activation codes or other personal information. To prevent abuse the comment service does not store your raw IP address; it stores only a keyed, non-reversible hash (IPv6 grouped by /64) for rate limits, report de-duplication and bans. Hosting and security access logs are handled as described under Technical data above. Your browser solves a small local computation before posting; no third-party CAPTCHA is used. Posts appear first and are moderated afterwards: posts that match filtered words, guest posts with links or contact details, and posts reported by several people are held for review. Administrators can view, hide or delete content and ban accounts or networks.

Signed-in members can rename themselves or delete their account on the Me page. Deletion removes the email, nickname, sessions and login-code records. Published posts remain and show “Deleted user” as the author. Delete individual posts yourself or email us to request removal.

Pro 兑换券 / Pro vouchers

已验证账号的订单记录用于累计购买进度、计算赠券资格和保存兑换记录。兑换生成一款表盘的激活码；正常激活仍保存该款表盘的授权身份及手表登记记录。兑换券属于账号，退出或更换浏览器后登录同一账号即可恢复访问。

Verified account orders determine reward progress and voucher eligibility. Redemption records and the selected face’s activation code are stored with the account. Activation retains the face’s authorization identity and watch registration history.

账号密码 / Account passwords

密码仅保存为带随机盐的 scrypt 哈希，不保存明文。你可使用邮箱验证码登录或重设密码；重设密码后，其他登录会话将失效。

Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes. Email verification remains available for sign-in and password reset. Resetting your password revokes other sessions.
