Refund Policy 退款政策

Contact us about an order

For a refund or delivery issue, email 1345976294@qq.com with your order ID, checkout email, product and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full card information or passwords. Please check compatibility and try the watch face through Connect IQ before purchase.

How requests are handled

We review refund requests against the order, delivery and activation records. Contact us if you were charged twice, paid but did not receive a usable activation code, cannot activate on a device listed as compatible, or the product materially differs from its description. We will investigate and work with you on delivery, a technical resolution or an appropriate refund.

For an unredeemed code or an accidental purchase, contact us before activating it so we can review the circumstances. Activation does not remove any mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule that overrides applicable law.

Refund method

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method where supported. USD orders are handled through Creem; CNY orders through Epay/AXPay. Processing and bank posting times depend on the provider and financial institution. We will tell you if more information is needed. A refunded license may be revoked so it cannot continue to be used.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy. Where a payment provider applies additional mandatory protections, those protections also apply.

处理原则

我们依据订单、交付和激活记录核实申请。发生重复扣款、付款后未获得可用激活码、在商品列明支持的设备上无法激活，或商品与描述存在实质不符时，请及时联系。我们会核查并协助交付、修复问题或安排适当退款。

未兑换激活码或误购，请尽量在激活前联系以便核实。已激活不代表丧失数字内容存在缺陷或描述不符时依法享有的权利；不以“一律不退”排除法定权益。

退款方式

审核同意的退款经原支付服务商处理，在其支持范围内退回原付款方式；美元订单通过 Creem，人民币订单通过易支付／AXPay。处理和到账时间取决于支付机构与银行，需要补充资料时会通知你。退款对应的授权可能被撤销，退款后不应继续使用该授权。

本政策不限制适用消费者法律规定的撤销、取消或退款权利。支付服务商另有必须适用的消费者保护规则时，同样适用。
