Terms of Service

1. Store and products

ArcDial Studio (ArcDial) provides original digital watch face licenses for compatible Garmin devices. Support: 1345976294@qq.com. We are independent of Garmin; Garmin and Connect IQ are their respective owners' trademarks.

PRISM, PROSPECTOR and GLACIER are digital watch faces, not watches or other physical goods. Check the linked Connect IQ listing for your exact device and install and try the watch face before purchasing.

2. Price and checkout

Aviator Flight Deck costs US$2.22 USD or ¥14.90 CNY, with a 7-day full-feature trial; all watch face features require activation after the trial. Pop costs US$2.22 USD or ¥14.90 CNY, with a 7-day full-feature trial; after the trial the face turns gray until it is activated. Pixel Cat costs US$2.22 USD or ¥14.90 CNY, with a 7-day full-feature trial; after the trial the face turns gray until it is activated. Peekaboo Cat has a free basic face; its optional Pro customization costs US$2.22 USD or ¥14.90 CNY, one-time for one watch. Sunny Peak is free to use; its Pro upgrade costs US$1.49 USD or ¥9.90 CNY and unlocks the colour themes, the clean mode and the data choices. The PRISM license costs US$2.99 USD in non-Chinese checkouts, or ¥19.90 CNY in the Chinese checkout. PROSPECTOR and GLACIER each cost US$4.99 USD or ¥34.99 CNY. These are separate fixed prices, not a real-time currency conversion. Your browser language selects the initial view; you can switch before ordering. English checkout uses Creem and supports one watch face per checkout. Chinese checkout uses Epay/AXPay. Orders record their original currency and price.

This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. We do not add a storefront service fee. The final amount and any applicable tax information are displayed by the payment provider before payment; your bank may separately charge conversion or payment fees. When enabled, Creem handles USD checkout as Merchant of Record under its checkout terms. If a payment method is unavailable, do not send payment through an unlisted channel.

3. License and digital delivery

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the selected watch face on one compatible watch. It does not transfer the software's intellectual property or include other watch faces. Do not resell or share activation codes or circumvent licensing. Contact support about a device change; a code is not a multi-device license.

After server-side payment confirmation, an activation code is displayed on your order page. Use your checkout email and 6-digit order password to find matching orders. You may also look up an order with its original order ID and checkout email. Delivery is digital; no item is shipped. If issuance is temporarily delayed, your paid status is retained and delivery can be retried. Please contact support rather than paying twice.

Redeem the code within 30 days of issue by entering it in the matching watch face's phone settings. The first successful synchronization binds it to your watch. Keep the phone and watch connected; network availability and Garmin scheduling may delay activation. The 30-day period is the code redemption window, not a subscription billing period.

4. Compatibility and support

Features depend on the supported hardware, sensors, permissions and Garmin platform. Product previews illustrate a design and do not guarantee every metric is available on every device. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perpetual platform compatibility or a fixed schedule of future updates. This does not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Refunds, privacy and changes

Read our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You may request help or a refund by emailing the support address with your order ID and issue. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the price or scope of an existing purchase. If any term conflicts with mandatory applicable law, that law takes precedence.

Accounts, face comments and free tools

The web tools (sideloading, face manager, Pro claim) are free and provided as is, without a promise of support for every device or permanent availability. Email sign-in and face comments are also free; you do not need an account to buy.

You keep your rights in comments and replies you publish, and you grant ArcDial a non-exclusive license to display and archive them on this site and to quote them when investigating issues. Do not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, advertising or spam content. Do not impersonate us, other people or the ArcDial team, post other people’s personal data, order references or activation codes, or try to disrupt, manipulate or attack the site. We may hide or delete content, rate-limit, or ban accounts and networks without notice. Suggestions in comments are not development commitments.

Every three distinct paid faces earn one permanent Pro voucher, redeemable for one available face. Duplicate, unpaid, test, gift and refunded orders do not qualify. Vouchers belong to the verified account and cannot be transferred. Refunding purchases reduces unused voucher eligibility; contact support about disputes involving redeemed benefits.
